Salon Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you please allow 24 hours notice before any cancellations. To cancel or reschedule an appointment within the 24 hour window, please call us at 919-683-2109. You will not be able to cancel or reschedule an appointment through our online portal within the 24 hour window. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subjected to a 50% service fee.

Salon Late Policy:

We allow a 15 minute grace period for all services. If a client is over 15 minutes late to their appointment, we may need to reschedule.

First Time Clients:

If you are a first-time chemical service client, please call the salon to book your appointment. This helps us to ensure that you are booking for the correct chemical service.
